Ribbon Jello

6 small boxes of Jello (different colors/flavors)

1 cup boiling water for each box of Jello

1 cup vanilla soy/coconut/rice “ice cream” per box of jello

Poor contents of 1 box of jello in a bowl. Add 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Add 1 cup (about 2 large scoops) of “ice cream.” Stir until melted. Poor mixture into a 9.5X13 glass dish. Refrigerate until set.

Repeat about steps, one jello box at a time until you have used all jello (make sure each layer is set before you add the next)

* For different sized or shaped dishes, adjust the amount of jello boxes

**You can use the flavors/colors of jello that go with the current season (red/green, etc.)

***You can substitute vanilla soy/coconut yogurt for the “ice cream”
